A sweet and fruity yet slightly tart drink that is caffeine and sugar free ....
Drinking enough water can be a challenge for most of us. This simple drink makes getting enough hydration just a little bit easier.
Stevia is used in place of sugar. A simple fruit tea like Raspberry Zinger from Celestial Seasonings provides the fruity goodness. And a squeeze of lemon juice adds an extra tart twist. Chill over ice and you'll have everyone in the house saying, "Yeah, actually, that is pretty good."
Careful though.... there will be no more excuses for not drinking enough water!
The Coolest Aide
Prep time: 10 minutes
1.) Heat water nearly to a boil. Pour over tea bags in a large heat-proof glass jar. All tea to steep for 7-10 minutes.
2.) Add lemon juice and stevia to taste
3.) Pour over ice and enjoy!
