The Creamiest, Chocolatey-est, Vegan Chocolate Pudding
Prep time: 10 minutes
3 ripe avocados
3 dates (soaked at least 2 hours)
1/2c non-dairy "mylk"
1/4c cocoa powder
2t vanilla extract
1c strawberries or other berries, halved
6T shredded coconut
6T cacao nibs
1.) Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
2.) Top with non-dairy whipped cream, berries, cacao nibs, coconut, pumpkin seeds.....
3.) Enjoy your dessert!
