The Creamiest, Most Delicious Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Full of healthy fats and chocolate, this pudding is guaranteed to quench your craving for a sweet treat. But, the guilt has been removed.

It is kind of like having your pudding and eating it too

The Creamiest, Chocolatey-est, Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves: 6

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • 3 dates (soaked at least 2 hours)

  • 1/2c non-dairy "mylk"

  • 1/4c cocoa powder

  • 2t vanilla extract

  • 1/8t salt

  • 1c strawberries or other berries, halved

  • 6T shredded coconut

  • 6T cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

2.) Top with non-dairy whipped cream, berries, cacao nibs, coconut, pumpkin seeds.....

3.) Enjoy your dessert!
